G Dragon Sparks Controversy at Mnet 20's Choice Awards

Big Bang's leader G-Dragon (20) has been the face of controversy due to his explicit outfit worn at the Mnet 20's Choice Awards. The boy band member has been known for his ever changing looks and has been a fashion icon for youngsters in Korea. However, his recent looks have been hard to swallow for some fans and many are condemning his poor judgment. The main reason for concern is his young fan base (he is in a boy band after all...) being exposed to such 'vulgar' language such as "I ♥ SEX", "69", and "F*** You Too". This hasn't been the first time G Dragon has worn a, lets say ...'less than discrete', shirt. The straight jacket he wore in the "Haru Haru" music video had the word "SEX" scribbled on his sleeve, and he's also wore a shirt with a female form (shown right) for a catalogue. Whether he's just punk kid pushing the envelope or an artist trying to utilize his freedom of expression, we'll just have to see if this can take a toll on Big Bang's popularity (I highly doubt it).

In the mean time, Big Bang continues to rise in stardom as they beat out sexy icon Lee HyoRi and the legendary Seo Taiji in the charts...
